Why not start helping the environment by choosing one plant-based meal a week? ・In the environmental effort, the restaurant received the Minister of the Environment Award in the "Decarbonization Challenge Cup 2020". The restaurant is operated by the Ikeda Eco Staff NPO and the chef is a director of the Japan Vegetarian Society (authorized NPO).
Sweet-and-sour Pork Style Lunch Set
A filling lunch set with a soymeat based main dish served with a selection of delicatessen, seasonal salad, miso soup and brown rice. The taste of the sweet and sour seasoning and tender thickness is almost like eating the real thing. The exquisite variety of fresh and appetizing delicatessen (side dishes) differs each day. There are also karaage fried chicken style, yakiniku grilled-meat style, taco rice and mapo tofu mains among others.
Fried Agemono Three Ways Lunch Set
A filling lunch set of three types of fried foods, served with a selection of delicatessen, seasonal salad, miso soup and brown rice. Enjoy trying the three different types of fried food; 1. spring rolls stuffed with soymeat, harusame noodles, bamboo shoot, shiitake mushrooms and more, 2. fried okara konyaku wrapped in perilla leaf and 3. unique tasting and nutricious fried tempeh.
Yakitori Grilled-chicken Style Rice Bowl
Yakitori grilled-chicken style rice bowl made with soymeat. Served with delicatessen and miso soup, it is a lighter meal than the voluminous lunch set. The juicy soymeat, lightly grilled and seasoned with a special sauce, is addictively good. A true delicacy served on rice.
