CUPNOODLES MUSEUM OSAKA IKEDA
Discover the history of instant noodles!
In 1958 Momofuku Ando, founder of NISSIN FOODS, used his incredible originality and passion to create the world's first instant noodle, "Chicken Ramen", right here in Ikeda. From a wish to convey the "importance of invention and discovery", the CUPNOODLES MUSEUM OSAKA IKEDA opened in 1999.
You can have a go at making Chicken Ramen in the "Chicken Ramen Factory" (bookings required. Adults \1,000, Children \600), design your own original CUP NOODLES at the "My CUPNOODLES Factory" (\500 per cup), and learn about the origins of the now worldwide food culture of instant ramen at this interactive food museum.
Due to COVID, some changes have been made regarding museum admission.
