お米の口紐に使われている紙バンドは、牛乳パック等を再生してできたテープで、環境に優しいエコロジー素材です。また、破れない和紙「紙麻（かみお）」も、手漉き和紙の伝統を守りつつ、木を伐採せずに済む楮や麻の一年草を多く用いた、地球にやさしくサステナブルな素材です。いずれも撥水加工により耐水性を兼ね備えています。

The paper band used in these items, commonly seen in rice bag ties, is an environmentally friendly eco-material made from recycled milk cartons and similar products. The durable washi paper, known as 'Kamiasa,' is also sustainable and earth-friendly. It incorporates a large amount of annual plants like kouzo and hemp, aligning with the tradition of handmade Japanese paper (washi) while avoiding the need for tree cutting. Both materials are water-resistant due to a special coating process.

This natural honey is lovingly produced by bees that collect nectar from a variety of flowers blooming in Ikeda's Satsukiyama, including multiple types of cherry blossoms, plum, lemon, mandarin oranges, Hirado azaleas, camellias, acacias, Japanese horse chestnuts, chestnuts, and boxwood. 池田に伝わる「おりひめ伝説」をお菓子で表現しています。
「あやは」は丹波黒豆と手芒豆をちらしたしっとりとした抹茶浮島製で、抹茶と黒豆は絹掛けの松を表し、「くれは」は青梅の甘露煮を白餡で包み、柔らかいお餅で包んだ酸味と甘味を味わう逸品です。
白いお餅は絹を表しています。

The "Legend of Orihime" passed down in Ikeda is expressed in the form of sweets. Ayaha is made of moist green tea Ukishima with Tanba black beans and Tebomame beans (white kidney beans), and the green tea and black beans represent a pine tree with silk hanging. Kureha is a gem of sourness and sweetness with a sweetened green plum wrapped in white bean paste and soft rice cake. The white rice cake represents silk.

北海道十勝産大納言を使用。皮とあんが別々でご自身であんを詰めていただく最中です。
パリッ・サクッとした食感を味わってください。
皮には茶席で使う高級炭、池田炭(菊炭)パウダーを煉り込んでいます。

Dainagon beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido is used. It is a confectionery called Monaka (bean-jam-filled wafer), and its outer crust and filling are separate, so you can enjoy the filling yourself.
Please enjoy the crispy and crunchy texture.
The outer crust is filled with Ikeda charcoal (chrysanthemum charcoal) powder, a high-grade charcoal used in tea ceremonies.

粒あんとバターの相性は抜群で、大変クリーミーで風味豊かな味に仕上がっています。

Mikasa manju (buns) filled with butter and mashed red bean paste from Tokachi, Hokkaido. The combination of mashed bean　paste　and butter is excellent, and the flavor is very creamy and rich.
